Bear Mountain Designated Builder Program.

Phase one of the residential real estate plan is the creation of the Cypress neighbourhood, slated for build out starting in fall 2016. Cypress consists of 27 single-family residential lots and 33 townhomes. These beautiful Bear Mountain offerings are situated between the 3rd and 5th Fairways of the Nicklaus Design Mountain Course.

To enhance and protect the values of neighbouring homes, satisfy the demand for new higher quality homes and to attract the best of builders to the community, Ecoasis is introduced a new ‘Designated Builder’ strategy for lot sales in Cypress.

A group of high-quality, like-minded builders were invited to build out this newest Bear Mountain neighbourhood. These respected builders bring their proven reputation for quality and design to the community. They have committed to building custom homes for end users or will build homes to high-end specifications, demonstrating the quality of their fine workmanship. Potential homebuyers will have a tangible understanding of the value of the neighbourhood and the security of their investment.

Through the program, the Designated Builders will work together with Ecoasis to ensure neighbouring homes in Bear Mountain’s emerging neighbourhoods complement one another with respect to street scape, sense of scale and mass, curb-appeal and quality.
